Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show PolicyI In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us within five hours of your booking time so we can accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellations within less then five hours from your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge. We require a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling time period for groups of three or more. The full treatment price will be charged for no-shows.

Late Arrivals Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time.  We will do our best to accommodate our late arrivals, but out of consideration for a following guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

Cell Phone Policy For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you refrain from using cell phones in the treatment area.

Age Policy Children under the age of five are not    permitted in our treatments areas.  Anyone under the age of 12 receiving a treatment must be accompanied by a guardian of age 18 or older.

Gift cards Gift cards can be purchased by dollar amount and will expire within one year of the purchase date.
